The Secret Ponderings of a Criminal Mastermind

Macavity was...well to put it bluntly...pissed. He had scared the Jellicles into lockdown but due to a sort of no action plan on his side after that, some were starting to rebel - to sneak out and right under his nose too. Perhaps he was losing his touch? God no! That couldn't be it! He smirked to himself - he was the worst of the worst, the one who couldn't be caught, he didn't have the capability to loose it! But he needed a plan...a safe, fool proof plan that would show the Jellicles once and for all that you did not mess with the Hidden Paw and get away with it. He would take charge of that Junkyard - he would be leader! They would be his slaves, his faithful minions - those who disagreed would die. He'd keep Demeter and Bomba as his...pets. And those who were good could be promoted to Henchcats. This was his time and he would rule.

Hazel shyly walked up. "Hello." She greeted, her black ears twitching. Her large green eyes darted around, seeing if an ambush would turn her into lunch.

Macavity was wrapped up in his thoughts, creating devious plans that would desimate and destroy - in fact he was pretty close to giving his evil laugh when he noticed the kitten in front of him. Feeling most put out and trying not to let a pout form he sized her up. He certainly didnt recognise her...she was not one of his henchcats - so what exactly was she doing here? "Yes?!" He snapped, a little angry at the interuption.

Hazel looked taken back. "Well, um...I just wanted to stay here. I mean..." She gulped. "I don't really belong back in the...with the Jellicles."

Don't really belong with the jellicles? He knew that feeling all too well!...and he sympathised...the jellicles couldn't handle his 'wild ways' or as he liked to think of it - sheer brilliance! His features contorted into what almost looked like a grin. "Ah I see, I understand. Yes, I shall permit you to stay here, but under my rules as my worker" He tilted his head to one side taking the small cat in properly...she was young and not much use to him as of now, but the younger they were trained the more use they would become.

Hazel sighed. Following rules was a bore...half the reason why she left the Jellicle's. But, if she turned back, there would never be another chance. "Ohhh...all right." She agreed, rolling her eyes.

Macavity liked this one...she was fiesty and that would often provide laughs for him. He smirked at her obvious disliking of rules - much like himself. "Oh I wouldn't worry, my rules are often quite fun...the main rule being break all other existing rules but mine. I am well known for breaking every human law, and I find it to be a rather fun past time!" Especially when breaking that stupid law of gravity...I mean, really! Who ever invented that?!

Hazel laughed too. "Yeah, that's my idea of excitment!" She purred. She was glad she got out of the...other world. The one where you had to obey the laws.

He smirked disdainfully, "I'm glad you can see things my way Hazel!" He was taking a liking to this young kits attitude...she'd prove very useful... (lol sorry complete writer's/rper's block!)

Hazel looked around. "So, is anyone else gonna join us?" She asked.
(Me too!)

Triskadelia sauntered down the hallway leading to Macavity's quarters. She had no real reason for visiting him. She was simply bored. And a bored Triskadelia is not a happy Triskadelia. She hoped he would send her on some sort of errand, something not too challenging, but entertaining in its own right.
Reaching his door, she lightly tapped her lacquered claws against the doorframe, then held them up for inspection. Noticing one had chipped, she shook her head and sighed.
Pity. It's so hard to look nice in this dump.
Her ears tipped forward. She had heard voices. Two of them, laughing together. Who could he be talking to? Placing both hands on the door, she pushed it open a crack and peered inside.

Hazel turned at the sound of a door opening. She saw a female cat, just like her! "Hi!" She greeted. "Who are you?"

Snorting derisively, a small smile curling the corners of her mouth upward, she glided into the room, one foot crossing over the path of the other as she moved.
"I believe I should be asking who you are, darling. But since you asked first, my name is Triskadelia," she replied coolly, sitting a few paces away. Lifting one hand to her mouth, she began grooming pristine whiskers.

Hazel nodded, trying to match her superior attitude. "My name is Hazel." She greeted. She felt unlike herself, trying to be popular. Usually, she was the loner. But here...well, here could be different.

Triskadelia put a hand to her lips to hide her smirk.
Aw, how cute. She thinks she's tough.
"Well," she said, rising from her seated position and walking the few steps to Hazel, "have you been hired yet? I don't want to officially greet you until you've been hired. Why waste my time, you know?"
Her hands resting on her hips, fingers tapping idly, she looked down at the kitten apathetically.
